B&C stands for Beetroot and Carrot, Both vegetables are good for human blood purification which prevent us from heart risk diseases. Carrot and Beetroot are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, and iron and many other nutrition values.


  • Carrot = 3 medium
  • Beetroot = 1
  • Lemon = 2 tbsp.
  • Salt = according to taste
  • Water= ½ glass

Method: Wash and peel Carrot and Beetroot properly then blend with water. Sieve the blended mixture in a glass to finish it with lemon and salt.
